First Steps I - Intro to Flag (ages 5-6)
4 Sessions - $225 *recommended for first timers

Coach K is excited to provide this fun first step into flag football. Learn how to pull a flag and move with control. Be introduced to the ready stance, quick starts, space awareness, and simple mini-plays. Confidence first. Skills second. Teamwork always.

First Steps II- Novice to Intermediate Flag (ages 5-9)
4 Sessions - $225 *recommended after First Steps I

Take the next steps with Coach K even deeper into flag football. Build on prior skills and techniques learned in First Step. Skill, Drill, Play

Training Camp - Flag Football Skills and Conditioning, Novice to Advanced (ages 7-14)
4 Sessions - $225
Session I: Sunday mornings from July 5th - July 26th at Hamilton Metz Field (608 Lefferts Ave, BK)
Session II: Sunday mornings from August 2nd - August 23rd at Hamilton Metz Field (608 Lefferts Ave, BK)
Work with Coach Dan and the coaches to become stronger, faster, and smarter on the field. Players will focus on acceleration, change of direction, flag pull angles, route running, defensive footwork, and communication. Conditioning with a purpose that connects to real flag movements.

Air Raid - Elite Offense, QB, and WR Training (ages 7-14)
4 Sessions - $225
Session I: Sunday mornings from July 5th - July 26th at Hamilton Metz Field (608 Lefferts Ave, BK)
Session II: Sunday mornings from August 2nd - August 23rd at Hamilton Metz Field (608 Lefferts Ave, BK)
Join Coach Chris and Dan as they work to turn your offense players into a problem for any defense. They will help QBs and WRs with footwork, quick game decisions, defensive coverage recognition, route running, and communication. Master timing, technique, and trust.

Lockdown - Elite Defense, DB Training (ages 7-14)
4 Sessions - $225

Join Coach Dan as he works to turn your defensive players into ball hawks. Players will develop their footwork, coverage techniques, and quick game decision-making. Learn how to be in the right position to make the play.
